Fig. 01  /  What I do

I build it, and I run it.

I build custom software on modern web infrastructure — and I run it, not just ship it. Four practices, one engineer.

How I work

Four stages, one thread
01 Scope A paid discovery week for anything non-trivial. You get an architecture doc and a fixed quote — and you keep both, whether or not you build with me.
02 Build Weekly demos against a working deployment, not slides — checked by a dedicated tester before you see it. You watch the thing take shape in an environment you can click through yourself.
03 Handover Documentation, a runbook, and a live walkthrough with your team. Your developers leave able to read, run, and extend the codebase without me.
04 After I stay on retainer if you want me, and I don’t if you don’t. No lock-in, no dependency dressed up as a relationship.

Engagement models

Pick the shape that fits

A

Fixed-scope project

A defined build with a fixed quote, set after discovery. Best when the shape of the work is clear.

Fixed price · milestone billing

B

Discovery / audit

A short engagement to map an architecture, review a codebase, or de-risk a decision. Yours to keep.

1–2 weeks · flat fee

C

Monthly retainer

Ongoing capacity with capped hours — for running what I built, or steady feature work over time.

Monthly · hours capped

Indicative rate USD 60–100 / hr · hourly, weekly, or a fixed project quote after discovery

Get in touch

I take on a small number of projects at a time.

Tell me what you're building and where it hurts. I'll say honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
