working globally
India — five and a half hours ahead of GMT. It's an awkward-sounding offset that turns out to be the useful one: my afternoon lands on Europe's morning, my evening on America's start of day.
I'm async-first by default — decisions written down, not trapped in a call — with one standing sync per week for every active engagement. No office to visit; the work lives in the repo and the tracker, open to you the whole way through.
